Thank you so much for your support! We're still busy counting mailed gifts to the challenge and look forward to sharing the final results soon. Stay tuned!
A very special thanks to our amazing challenge donors for inspiring Kappas and friends across the globe with their generosity! And many thanks to our Challenge Ambassadors, 1980s Kappas and Epsilon Kappas for helping lead the charge!
This year’s challenge is to receive 4,000 gifts of any size between now and Oct. 13. You — our alumnae, collegians, chapters, associations and Kappa friends — are key to fulfilling this challenge!
Great news: Together, we can make an even greater impact. By reaching 4,000 donations, we’ll unlock a $165,000 challenge gift from five challenge donors.
Our challenge donors are: Christina Eichler
Bullock, UC Davis, '04;
Eve Pollard Cascella, Purdue, '79; Pat McInnis Cooper, Mississippi, '61; Martha Moultrie Gerrick, South Carolina,

For the challenge, each decade of Kappas will come together and compete for the highest level of participation. The decade with the highest number of gifts will become a lasting part of Kappa history! In their honor, an engraved brick will be added to the Marjorie Moree Keith Memorial Garden Patio at The Stewart House, the birthplace of Kappa.
Remember, any gift counts and brings us closer to unlocking our challenge donors’ generosity. Help your decade capture the top spot during this year’s Founders Day Giving Challenge … of the Decades!
Let’s do this together!
If you have questions or would like to make a gift over the phone, please call Lindsey Gale at 614-341-2133.
Your gifts support four impact areas of the Kappa Foundation: member education, scholarships, financial assistance grants, and history/heritage.
Member education: Through Kappa Edge, our member education program, we assist members in gaining deeper knowledge, valuable life skills and new experiences essential to their development.
Scholarships: As Kappas dream big to make meaningful change in the world, we provide financial support to help them reach their highest potential through need-based and merit-based scholarships as well as continuing education grants for career advancement.
Aid/financial assistance grants: As a sisterhood, asking for help is just as important as offering it when you can. Through Rose McGill Grants, we provide need-based financial assistance to struggling members when life puts them in unfortunate — sometimes devastating — situations.
History/heritage: We commit to preserving Kappa’s heritage so future generations can learn from the women who've paved the way the past 150 years. By upkeeping Kappa’s digital archive and maintaining The Stewart House Museum (the Fraternity’s birthplace) we continually celebrate Kappa’s rich history.
Together, we’ll dream boldly and live fully as we make a lasting impact in the lives of our Kappa sisters. Thank you for your support!
